HS100aero Aviation Helmet Headset, especially for ICOM / Yaesu / Dynascan Airband RadiosThis product from Uwe Evers GmbH is designed for professional aviation radios. These devices use different mechanical and electrical connection standards than standard land mobile radios (e.g., commercial or PMR446).Therefore, headsets for aviation radio technology must have some special features, such as very careful shielding of the lead, as well as an integrated impedance converter. All these special features are taken into account in this headset.The cable lengths of the HS100aero are kept relatively short. The leads from the flat loudspeaker, microphone, and PTT button end in a rubberized, Peltor®-compatible jack plug. This partial segment is installed in the helmet. The microphone and loudspeaker are placed inside the helmet, and the PTT button is inserted through a 14 mm through-hole in the helmet shell and screwed on from the back with a union nut. DualCom Aviation Headset. Paragliding / Hang Gliding Dual Com Headset Set (Icom® Air / Kenwood®). This headset enables the parallel operation of Icom® aviation radio and Kenwood® radio technology on one headset.Paragliding headset with dual PTT / radio connection. The headset consists of a central connection cable that splits into two device connectors on the radio side. On the helmet side, there is a Peltor/Nexus compatible jack plug connection.The connectors do not need to be aligned with each other and lock securely by axially sliding them into each other. This plug connection is a common standard in aviation, military and professional headset systems. On the helmet side, the microphone, speakers and the two PTT buttons are connected via a multipin connector strip.The reception signals from both radio systems can be heard simultaneously on the helmet-side speakers. Depending on which PTT button is pressed, the microphone/PTT signal is directed to radio connection 1 or 2. This Dual Com variant enables parallel operation of aviation radio and civil radio technology using a common headset installation.Scope of delivery: Only the headset itself is supplied. The helmet, radios and professional installation are not included in the scope of delivery.
