Audio Retrofit for Pfanner® Protos® Ear Protection CupsWe offer the retrofit of an audio/microphone unit into a Pfanner® Protos® ear protection cup.Following this modification, performed by Uwe Evers GmbH in Aurich, the retrofitted audio units are compatible with inline PTT buttons from various manufacturers.Customers can choose between Axcom®, SAVOX®, Peltor®, or general NATO pinout configurations.Important Notice:For this modification, the ear protection cup must be provided by the customer (client).Due to the installation of audio electronics, the customer-provided ear protection cup forfeits its EN 352 specification and is no longer certified as personal protective equipment (PPE) for hearing protection.
