StarCom1 pilot headset for paramotor gliders
The StarCom1 X3P3-UL universal headset is a professional PTT radio headset based on the latest Peltor® headset technology. It is characterised by its robust, industrial design. The extra-long, rigid microphone boom positions the microphone optimally in front of the mouth and thus ensures excellent acoustic properties with high attenuation of ambient noise.
The PTT button on either side enables intuitive operation for both left- and right-handed users to switch between transmitting and receiving. The headset features professionally manufactured cable guides with a Peltor® / Nexus® compatible shoulder-level disconnect that ensures a reliable cable connection. This disconnect consists of an axial latching 7.11 mm NATO connector as used in aircraft and helicopter intercom systems. The headset can be adapted to many radio device standards, for example to devices from Motorola®, Icom® (land and air), Dittel and F.U.N.K.E.
