Radio extension / helmet radio for UVEX® helmets
Important note: We offer a single-sided radio communication headset that can be used instead of the original UVEX® K1H earmuffs.

The CE certificates of conformity, the EN 352 specification, and warranty claims against UVEX® for the original products lose their validity after conversion / modification by Uwe Evers GmbH.
Following the conversion, the headset is NOT specified according to EN352 and does not replace PPE earmuffs certified according to EU 2016/425.
The StarCom1 headset utilizes professional hearing protection capsules from UVEX Arbeitsschutz GmbH.
These have been converted into a wireless headset featuring an electric near-field boom microphone, an internal loudspeaker, and an IP-67 protected PTT button.
These radio earmuffs are compatible with Uvex® safety helmets that have a side installation slot, for example, the Uvex® pheos and similar models.

They are tried and tested, robust, and of industrial quality. The supply cable has a waterproof plug/coupling combination in the lower section for disconnection and is made of glass fiberreinforced 4.6 mm PU cable with a central spiral body.Radio specific connectors for Kenwood®, Motorola®, Midland®, Alan®, Stabo®, Albrecht®, Alinco®, Icom®, Dynascan®, Team, Wintec®, or Apple iPhone etc., are located at the end of the cable.
