Northstar® NS-100 and identical marine / maritime radios - Repair of Northstar® NS-100 cables / coiled cablesThis offer refers specifically to spiral cables for the handset for the Northstar NS-100, where the cable sheath has become brittle and fragile due to age. Uwe Evers GmbH from Aurich specialises in rebuilding spiral cables sent in by customers for repair. Defective or brittle cables are separated from the connector housings and terminal strips. These Northstar NS-100®-specific connectors are then soldered to a new cable and overmoulded. As a replica/repair, this cable is comparable in quality to the original Northstar® cable. Note: Uwe Evers GmbH does not have any plugs available as new parts. The old cable must be provided by the customer. Once the order has been placed, we will contact you for the contact details of our service department, to whom you should send the old defective cable.
