1. Shipping
1.1 Standard Shipping
Shipping is carried out as an insured parcel via DHL.
Germany
- Shipping costs: flat rate 8.90 Euro, Delivery time: 2–4 business days.
EU Countries (European Union) (Applies to the mainland. For islands and special territories see below)
- Shipping costs: flat rate 18.90 Euro, Delivery time: 5–8 business days.
Europe (Non-EU) (e.g., Switzerland, United Kingdom, Norway)
- Shipping costs: flat rate 25.90 Euro, Delivery time: 7–10 business days.
Important Information regarding Delivery Areas and Potential Additional Costs
Islands & Special Territories
For deliveries to islands and overseas territories (e.g., Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, French overseas departments, British Channel Islands), different shipping costs may apply. Please inquire about these before ordering if they are not calculated automatically in the shopping cart.
Note for deliveries to non-EU countries
Additional customs duties, taxes, or fees may apply upon import into the destination country. These costs are not included in the item price or shipping costs and are to be borne by the customer.
1.2 Express Shipping
We do NOT offer express shipping as standard. If you require particularly urgent delivery, please contact us by phone or email before placing your order to check for individual options.
2. Payment
2.1 Prepayment / Bank Transfer
You transfer the invoice amount to our business account. The goods will be shipped after receipt of payment. Tip: Real-time transfers (Instant Payments) are credited immediately and accelerate the shipping process.
2.2 PayPal
Pay securely and conveniently via PayPal. You will not incur any additional transaction fees.
