StarCom1 SH-004 full face helmet headset. 

The StarCom1 SH-004 helmet-mounted headset for full face helmets features an adhesive microphone, two flat hifi speakers, and an HSEX-01 coiled cable.

This headset is compatible with StarCom1 basic, StarCom1 advance, and StarCom1 digital systems. The HSEX-01 coiled cable is approximately 45 cm in length.
