Repair of the Raymarine® 240 E45003 Active Speaker.
Frequent Problem:
A defect in the integrated passive speaker assembly (part number: 79-2624-RX) frequently occurs in the Raymarine® E45003 active speaker. This is a speaker with a waterproof diaphragm and circumferential sealing.
Our Solution:
Uwe Evers GmbH offers the replacement of this assembly to maintain the watertightness of the overall system. All individual assemblies are chemically cleaned after disassembly. This gives the speaker an almost like-new appearance.
Possible Limitations:
Repairing the E45003 active speaker is rarely economical if it is damaged mechanically or by saltwater corrosion. Should a repair be impossible, we will return the customer-provided E45003 speakers free of charge. Therefore, a repair is worth a try!
