Repair of Raymarine® Microphone Leads / Coiled Cables for Models Ray49, Ray52, Ray53, Ray54, Ray 54E, Ray63, Ray73 and similar models.
Raymarine® VHF radios of the Ray series impress with their excellent quality and longevity. It is all the more annoying when the microphone leads become brittle due to UV radiation, temperature fluctuations, and normal use. Does the entire marine radio system have to be replaced then? No!
Uwe Evers GmbH in Aurich specializes in repairing defective microphone cables—cost-effectively and sustainably.
Our Repair Process:
- Send us your Raymarine® radio with the defective microphone cable.
- We will professionally open the device housing and remove the damaged coiled cable segment.
- The plug assemblies / cable grommets of your cable will be checked and, as a rule, reused.
- A new, high-quality, and flexible PUR coiled cable will be professionally soldered and installed.
- You will receive your repaired and cleaned Raymarine® radio back with a new microphone cable.
The cable repair takes approximately 4-5 working days.
