Repair & Optimization - Cable Feed for Bose® A20 / LIFT® Aviation KV-1 KOR 

We offer professional refurbishment of the cable feed or the connection point (Hirose® connection) for Bose® A20 headsets that are factory installed in LIFT® Aviation helicopter helmets of the KV-1 KOR series.

This service fixes defects at the sensitive interface between the helmet and the headset module.

The repair scope in detail

  • Disassembly & Inspection: The existing Hirose® plug connection is professionally disassembled and inspected. Replacement & Soldering: If necessary, defective components are replaced with new parts and precisely re-soldered to the cable of the Bose® A20 (or A30).
  • StarCom1 Special Solution: A decisive advantage of our repair is the integration of a strain relief specially developed by StarCom1. This is firmly connected to the connector housing.
  • Result: This modified version is significantly more robust than the standard and guarantees high durability even under harsh operating conditions in helicopters.
