StarCom1 kart pit radio intercom

The StarCom1 kart pit radio system combines proven StarCom1 assemblies for professional racing users. It consists of a registration and fee-free radio system with a professional cable set and racing helmet installation kit featuring professional in-ear technology.

This system focuses on radio communication between a racing vehicle and a service team.

The basic equipment includes professional cable guides, based on common professional Peltor intercom standards with plugs and electrical wiring, ensuring full Peltor compatibility.

This ensures sustainability and allows for easy transfer of the radio intercom system to other racing classes. The headset design corresponds to variants commonly used in professional racing, utilizing the same active/passive basic elements.

The plug connections between helmet and coupling are professional Nexus/Amphenol chassis with beryllium-coated contact surfaces. This connector design ensures a reliable mechanical and electrical connection even after years of use.

The helmet-side spiral cable end features multifunctional contacts, allowing for connection of built-in loudspeakers, earphones, coupling cables, adhesive microphones for full-face helmets, or gooseneck boom microphones to its connector strip.
